Caroline’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Caroline served as a legal intern for the Honorable Tracey Flemings-Davillier of the Orleans Parish Juvenile Court and for the Southern Poverty Law Center. She also worked as a law clerk for a New Orleans law firm, where she performed legal research and drafted financing documents as well as memos regarding oil and gas regulation.
Caroline was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2011. During law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of Boston University’s Journal of Science and Technology Law and participated in the Homer Albers Moot Court competition.
