Chip represents both debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. He routinely works on the client service team for indenture trustees and/or institutional bondholders in connection with the bankruptcies of debtors in an array of industries, including health care, energy, and aviation. Chip represents clients in a variety of liquidation and reorganization contexts.
During law school, he was an executive editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter Digest. Following law school, Chip served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel B. Rosenthal of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts.
