Before joining the firm, Cynthia served as project manager at Strategic Diagnostics, Inc., where her responsibilities included developing immunodiagnostic reagents and managing the bioprocessing department that manufactured monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for pharmaceutical, diagnostic, and academic organizations.
