He represents owners, investors, and developers with respect to various real estate transactions, including, among many others, acquisitions and dispositions, development projects, office buildings, and mixed-use projects.
His experience includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating office and retail leases for major entities as well as conducting real estate transactions for a range of commercial properties, including plant facilities, shopping malls, restaurants, hotels, office buildings, and an athletic facility to which he also served as general counsel.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, David worked for another prominent New York law firm. Prior to that, David was a partner in a law firm in Chicago.
