- Negotiated a long-term ground lease on behalf of a property owner in connection with the sale of natural gas-fired power plant
- Represented a skilled nursing facility in $25 million and $40 million multisite sale and leasebacks
- Negotiated a long-term lease of a 60,000-square-foot pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing facility
