Greg managed the firm’s Public Finance Practice from its inception through mid-2007. He also served on the firm’s Executive Committee from 1985 to 1998 and managed the Business and Finance Practice from 1996 to 1999.
Greg has had extensive experience with debt financing, new enterprise formation, and governmental and corporate reorganization. He provides bond counsel and general advice to major public and private institutions involved in transportation, energy, water and sewer service, housing, health care, education, resource recovery, economic development, and lending. He has substantial experience with project finance in US markets and with private/public joint ventures and cooperations in areas such as solid waste disposal, wastewater and water treatment, energy generation, health care, subsidized housing, transportation, and parking. His practice requires resolving legal and practical issues concerning financing, procurement, administration, and regulation in connection with large-scale infrastructure projects and programs.
He is a frequent panelist for the National Association of Bond Lawyers and other public finance industry groups with emphasis in the securities law, derivatives, and best corporate practice areas.
