Hannah’s practice involves general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies. She is also part of the firm’s Energy Technology Practice, which serves more than 250 clients. Since 2006, the firm’s Energy Technology Practice has completed more than 300 transactions in this sector totaling over $7 billion. In 2013 the firm was listed among the “Top 10 Clean Technology Firms" by Euromoney’s LMG Cleantech & Renewable Energy. The Energy Technology Practice has been ranked #2 nationally among top Clean Technology law firms, according to Watershed Capital Group, and the practice was listed as a “Best Law Firm” by U.S. News & World Report, both in Boston and nationally.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Hannah studied renewable energy policy in Berlin, Germany as a Fulbright Scholar. In Germany she examined environmental policy in pioneer countries as a research fellow in the Environmental Policy Research Centre (FFU) at the Freie Universität. Hannah was also a Transatlantic Fellow at the Ecologic Institute for International and European Environmental Policy in Berlin where she drafted environmental and agricultural policy papers and prepared presentations on renewable energy.

Hannah was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2011. During law school, Hannah served as Senior Articles Editor for the Environmental Affairs Law Review and was very active in the Environmental Law Society. She also interned at the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. Her work there included drafting memoranda on renewable energy regulations.
