Jack’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional law and general business representation, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law and compliance, corporate formation and governance, venture capital, and general business counseling across a variety of industries.
Jack served as a 2008 Summer Associate at the firm. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Jack worked as a volunteer for EG Justice, an organization that promotes justice and human rights for people in Equatorial Guinea. He conducted extensive legal research and produced memos and persuasive letters for the organization.

He continued to work with the winery after his return to America, helping it establish an import company and apply for the necessary licenses to begin selling wine in the United States.
He also was a volunteer assistant district attorney in St. Croix County, Wisconsin. He participated in negotiations and conducted a number of court trials, including a solo jury trial from start to finish, achieving a favorable outcome for his client.
During law school, he was an articles editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
