Jennifer handles transactional and regulatory matters for cable, media, satellite, wireless, telecommunications, and technology companies.  She drafts agreements and advises clients regarding a broad range of business initiatives, including the purchase and sale of communications assets, distribution of video programming, acquisition and lease of satellite capacity, and management of spectrum rights.  She also advocates on behalf of clients before the Federal Communications Commission and other governmental agencies regarding legal, policy, and regulatory matters in the field of communications. 

During law school, Jennifer was a legal intern for Commissioner Jonathan S. Adelstein of the Federal Communications Commission and a legal intern in the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline Competition Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission.

While in law school, she was a writing fellow, dean’s fellow, and member of the Public Contract Law Journal, where she received an American Bar Association award for her published student note regarding the largest set of government contracts for civilian telecommunications in the United States (the Networx acquisition).
