Julia has represented investment banking and other corporate clients on complex financing transactions, including initial public offerings, public and private sales of high-yield and investment-grade debt securities, and offerings of equity securities.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Julia was an associate at a New York law firm where she also represented borrowers and lenders in a variety of bank financings. In addition, she has experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
During law school, she was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
