Katherine has represented both public and private companies, predominantly in the life sciences industry, with regard to ongoing corporate legal matters, corporate governance, and various transactions.
She has provided ongoing and transactional advice to private companies, particularly concerning venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions. She has also counseled public companies on ongoing corporate legal matters, including federal securities requirements and corporate governance issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets financings.
During law school, she served as the editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Legal Information Institute.
