Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Michael was a staff attorney at the Clean Air Council in Philadelphia, and his work focused on the legal issues surrounding the Marcellus Shale natural gas drilling operations in the state. During law school, he was a legal intern at State Street Corporation and served as a student attorney in the Community Enterprise Clinic at the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau, advising nonprofits on choice of entity and on corporate governance issues. Michael was also a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2008 and 2009.
During law school, he was the clinical program director on the Environmental Affairs Law Review.
