Sarah's practice focuses on general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies. She has provided counsel to clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, biotechnology, electronic components, investment banking, and retail.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Sarah served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joanna Seybert of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Sarah also served as a legal intern for the general counsel of a leading securities clearing firm and was a Summer Associate at Mintz Levin in 2005. During law school, Sarah served as a research assistant and volunteered in the Domestic Violence Patient-Advocate program.
