Before joining the firm, Tali served as corporate counsel at Invitrogen Corporation, now called Life Technologies, where she was involved with drafting and negotiating complex agreements, advising internal clients in licensing and commercialization of products and services, and providing legal review, interpretation, and recommendations to business leaders at the organization. Prior to her tenure at Invitrogen, Tali was an associate at another San Diego law firm.
