Tom co-coordinates the firm's Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance practice group. He provides comprehensive fraud and abuse services to clients, from defense to compliance advice to compliance programs. His work in defending clients against anti-kickback, false claims, and whistleblower allegations includes litigation, internal investigations, voluntary disclosures, negotiating settlements and Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA's). Tom became nationally known for his work on the anti-kickback statute at the Office of Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services in Washington, D.C.
