Antitrust Article: Licensing at the Crossroads of Antitrust and Intellectual Property: Choosing the Right Road

This article reviews the general principles in the antitrust analysis of licenses of intellectual property rights and applies those principle to these situations, as well as to some other common types of licenses and license restrictions, in the context of practical counseling.
