Securities Advisory: Accelerated Filing of Forms 4

This Advisory states that, under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, all Section 16 reporting persons must file Forms 4 before the end of the second business day after a purchase, sale or other transaction. The Advisory provides a list of recommendations of practical guidance for public companies to prepare for accelerated disclosure reports. A sample memorandum that companies could send to its reporting officers is included in the Advisory's appendix.
