Securities Advisory: SEC Disclosure Policy on Foreign Issuer Interests in U.S.- Embargoed Countries.

This advisory describes the SEC's approval of rule changes which require new reporting for foreign companies seeking financing in U.S. capital markets. Countries under sanctions or designated as "countries of concern" are now required to disclose information about their business dealings with foreign governments, and entities or persons in countries subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions.
