Despite the choppy markets, many companies are beginning to prepare for an eventual entry in the public markets. Unfortunately, few realize the tremendous preparation—often beginning a year in advance—required for a successful IPO. In this panel, a boutique as well as a global banker, a venture capitalist, a firm lawyer, and an in-house counsel will explain what you should expect during the IPO process, how to choose your IPO team, and how to avoid common mistakes. We’ll also hear from a panelist who has been on both sides of the table. A must for anyone with an eye on the next IPO window!
