On Tuesday, June 4, 2009, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm EST, Mintz Levin presented a video webcast on "Recovering Losses from the Financial Meltdown." This program featured an interactive panel of Mintz Levin securities litigators, including Peter M. Saparoff, Adam L. Sisitsky, Kevin N. Ainsworth, and Peter B. Zlotnick.
The panel addressed different ways in which victims of the financial meltdown can recoup their losses, as well as various defenses for individuals and entities that find themselves embroiled in the meltdown controversy.
