Immigration Alert: Employers May Need to Update Dun & Bradstreet Info for USCIS

USCIS started testing a new database to validate information about U.S. employers filing petitions for employment-based immigration benefits on January 28, 2011. The web-based Validation Instrument for Business Enterprises uses commercially available data from Dun & Bradstreet to validate information about companies or organizations, which may require some employers to update their information to facilitate the process.
