Immigration Alert: Processing of Prevailing Wage Determinations Currently Suspended Until Further Notice

The Office of Foreign Labor Certification has temporarily suspended processing of prevailing wage determinations, redeterminations, and Center Director Reviews—an action that may delay the processing of labor certification applications for permanent resident status and petitions for H2-B seasonal temporary workers and H1-B specialty occupations. The suspension may have a long- or short-term impact on pending cases. Requestors are encouraged to still file prevailing wage determinations during the suspension period.
