Employment Advisory: EEOC Approves Revisions to EEO-1 Report

On November 16, 2005, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued a press release announcing revisions to its employer reporting form, the EEO-1 Report. If the revisions are approved by the Office of Management and Budget, employers will be required to utilize the new EEO-1 Report as of September 30, 2007.
