Mintz represented SeedInvest in its acquisition by Circle Internet Financial Limited, a Goldman Sachs–backed, global crypto finance company with multiple products in crypto investing, payments, and trading.
Mintz has served as SeedInvest’s primary securities law counsel since the company’s early days. A pioneer in raising capital online post the JOBS Act, the company is known as one of the leading online, equity crowdfunding platforms for venture capital and angel investments, and it is a registered broker-dealer.
The Approach
