The Daily Transcript announced that Mintz associate Eric Eastham has been selected as a “Top 40 Under 40” honoree for 2019.
“This is a well-deserved honor,” said Dan Pascucci, Managing Member of the firm's San Diego office. “Eric is an incredibly talented litigator, strong leader and a great example of someone who genuinely cares about his clients and the community.”
According to The Daily Transcript, a leading San Diego business publication, the 2019 Top 40 Under 40 special supplement, published today, showcases the young talented professionals driving San Diego’s success stories. Editors and reporters considered emerging talent in law, construction, real estate and the public sector to find 40 professionals whose skills, integrity and leadership embody the very best the region has to offer.

He has extensive experience in complex cases involving racketeering (RICO) and fraud-based claims, breach of distribution, sales and licensing agreements, false advertising, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets. He has successfully navigated complex issues in state and federal courts and before international tribunals involving foreign service of process, international discovery, jurisdictional matters including forum non conveniens, asset tracing and attachment. Mr. Eastham also represents athletes, musicians and other entertainment figures in endorsement, branding, licensing, intellectual property and litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Eastham served as general counsel for a music-related television production company in Hollywood and counseled entertainment-industry clients in employment-related disputes and in negotiations concerning licensing, branding and endorsements. He is also a licensed NFL Agent representing veterans and draft-eligible professional football players.
