Nili S. Yolin, a Member of the Health Law Practice of Mintz, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., and her husband, Andrew Yolin, have received the Young Leadership Award from Congregation Ahawas Achim B’Nai Jacob & David (AABJ&D). Mr. and Mrs. Yolin were recognized at Congregation AABJ&D’s 49th Annual Dinner on Sunday, March 22.
Mr. and Mrs. Yolin are being honored for their devotion and commitment to the growth and betterment of the shul and the community. Mr. Yolin, Director, Retail Marketing at TD Ameritrade, has been a member and officer of the General Board for several years and currently sits on the Executive Committee, co-chairs the Marketing Committee and assists the Men’s Club. Ms. Yolin is a youth committee liaison for the shul’s upcoming 50th anniversary celebration and is active in hosting and welcoming families as well as new, young members of the shul.

Ms. Yolin focuses her practice on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and graduate medical education matters. She has extensive experience in health care transactional matters such as hospital joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations. She also assists proprietary and tax-exempt hospital systems with medical staff matters, organizational documents, and negotiating agreements with third-party vendors. Her practice also includes regularly assisting academic medical centers, teaching hospitals, and residency training programs across the country with ACGME accreditation issues, including program evaluations, compliance with the Institutional, Common, and Program-Specific Requirements, and appeals of adverse actions by the various Residency Review Committees of the ACGME.
