Mintz is pleased to share that Adrienne Walker has been elected to the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). An ABI member since 2000, Ms. Walker is a frequent speaker at ABI events and former Co-chair of ABI’s Northeast Bankruptcy Conference. This will be her first term serving on the Board.
As a Member in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice, Ms. Walker is an experienced restructuring and commercial finance attorney with significant bankruptcy litigation expertise and deep capabilities representing secured lenders and indenture trustees, large trade creditors, creditors’ committees, asset buyers and corporate debtors. She works with clients in a wide range of industries with a particular focus on the life sciences, health care, retail, senior living and manufacturing industries.
Ms. Walker is also an adjunct professor at Suffolk University Law School, teaching advanced courses in business bankruptcy. Additionally, she manages Mintz’s pro bono chapter 7 bankruptcy program, and is a sought-after speaker and writer on topics of interest in the bankruptcy and commercial lending fields.
