Stephen J. Gulotta, Jr., Managing Member of the New York office and head of the New York Corporate and Securities Practice of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for the second time in the annual report published by BTI Consulting Group. He was previously named a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2012.

According to BTI, these attorneys are the leaders in superior client service and provide unique, creative solutions to drive a competitive advantage for their clients’ businesses.

He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, health care, telecommunications, consumer products, manufacturing, hospitality, and sports and entertainment. He brings special expertise to the representation of investment banking firms in connection with their representation of clients in M&A transactions.
Mr. Gulotta has been named a New York Super Lawyer for six consecutive years since 2011. In addition to serving as Managing Member of the New York office and head of its Corporate & Securities Section, he is a member of the firm’s Policy Committee.
