Mintz Levin’s William Hill Organizes Forum on Construction Law Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.


William M. Hill, Co-chair of the firm’s Construction Law Practice, organized and ran the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law annual meeting in Washington, D.C. April 20-22 in his role as Chair of the Forum. The Forum is the largest organization of construction lawyers in the U.S. and the 2017 annual meeting was attended by more than 650 construction attorneys, both in-house and outside counsel. This was the largest attendance in the Forum’s 41 year history. Mr. Hill presided over the annual business meeting and elections and also introduced the Keynote Diversity Speaker, Senator Maggie Hassan. The three day meeting tackled such hot-button legal issues involving the future of construction projects and self-driving cars.
