Caroline’s practice focuses on the financing, development, acquisition, and disposition of a wide variety of commercial real estate properties including hotels, office buildings, multifamily properties, and retail properties. Caroline frequently represents lenders and borrowers in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans, including construction loans. She also has experience in connection with the formation of real estate joint ventures, the financing of various types of properties utilizing tax-exempt municipal bonds, and the representation of financial institutions in connection with the origination of warehouse lending facilities.
Prior to joining Mintz, Caroline was a real estate associate based in the New York office of a large international law firm.
