Robert’s practice focuses on corporate governance, capital markets, and securities matters. He regularly advises companies on SEC compliance as well as NYSE and NASDAQ rules.

He has represented domestic and international issuers and underwriters in both public and private debt and equity offerings and other financing and related transactions. Robert drafts, negotiates, and reviews a range of key transactional documents for clients. In addition, Robert reviews securities offerings and Exchange Act reporting requirements and has given counsel on various public filings.

Prior to joining Mintz, Robert practiced as an associate in the New York office of an international law firm.

While earning his law degree, Robert was a research editor for the Rutgers Law Review and completed internships with the SEC, the New Jersey Bureau of Securities, and the Honorable Paul J. Vichness of the New Jersey Superior Court. Before entering the legal profession, Robert served in the United States Army, where he successfully conducted combat operations throughout Baghdad, Mosul, and Tal Afar in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
