  • Successfully represented potential purchaser of industrial property in connection with and in anticipation of one of the largest repurposings of industrial properties in the Commonwealth’s history. This representation involved the lengthy but ultimately successful negotiation of an allocation agreement assigning responsibility for future response actions at the site and providing for expedited resolution of any disputes.
