Alyssia’s practice focuses broadly on communications and specifically on regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state agencies, and courts. She assists communication clients on a variety of matters, including video programing, compliance with the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 and related accessibility rules, copyright, spectrum use and policy, and FCC wireless licensing and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Alyssia worked in the Washington, DC office of another law firm where she assisted clients in negotiating various telecommunications-based agreements and counseled clients on FCC enforcement matters. Alyssia also has experience with various class action litigation matters.

While in law school, she served as the Executive Publications Editor for the Howard Law Journal.
