Amy manages the firm’s Employment, Labor & Benefits and Health Law practices. In this role, she assists the practice leaders with the day-to-day administration and operations, including allocating work and overseeing the professional development of the attorneys in these practices.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Amy managed the professional development and training of attorneys, legal professionals, and staff at a large, international law firm. There, she designed and implemented the curricula for practice-specific training programs and professional skills development.

Before focusing on training and development, Amy was a litigation associate for nearly 10 years at two different large, international law firms. Amy also served as an appellate court attorney at the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department, for two years. After graduating from law school, she clerked for Judge Frederick J. Scullin Jr. in the US District Court, Northern District of New York. While in law school, Amy served as co-editor-in-chief of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce as well as a judicial extern for Magistrate Judge Gustave J. DiBianco, US District Court, Northern District of New York.
