David is a patent agent with over 20 years of engineering experience. He specializes in communication system design, wireless circuit design, digital circuit design, semiconductors, mechanics, and electromagnetics.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, David served as the senior principal scientist for Cubic Defense Applications, where he acted as engineering lead for numerous major data link proposals and pursuits. There, he also served as vice chair of the Steering Committee of DirecNet, a multi-vendor consortium developing a next generation Common Data Link standard for the Department of Defense.

David was also a member of HRL Laboratories' technical staff, where he designed RF MEMs structures. As a result of this work, he is an inventor and patent holder of two US patents.

David has been honored for his achievements in both practical work and research.

He is registered patent agent #66859 at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
