Ian specializes in bankruptcy, receivership, workouts and related matters.  A substantial portion of Ian’s practice involves the representation of indenture trustees, mutual funds, and other sophisticated creditors in distress environments.  Ian also regularly advises commercial landlords regarding tenant insolvency issues.  Ian’s experience spans a broad range of industries, including health care, hospitality, transportation, energy, and manufacturing.

During law school, Ian was an associate editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
