Jennifer is Co-chair of the Firm's Real Estate Section. Jennifer represents clients in connection with complex real estate matters, including all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings of office, industrial and multifamily properties throughout the continental United States. Her experience includes handling complex joint venture structures and transfers of equity interests.

Jennifer frequently represents real estate funds and other real estate entities as seller and buyer of commercial real estate properties and also of the interests in the owners of those properties. She also has extensive experience counseling real estate borrowers in obtaining and refinancing loans on diverse properties, opposite CMBS, bank, and insurance lenders.

  • Represented private real estate investment firm in the acquisition of membership interests in an entity owning an office tower in New York valued at $350 million
  • Represented private real estate investment firm in the acquisition of membership interests in an entity owning an office and retail tower in New York valued at $425 million and related joint venture documentation
  • Represented private real estate investment firm in the acquisition of membership interests in an entity owning an office property valued at $110 million in California and related joint venture documentation
  • Represented private real estate firm in the sale of an office tower in valued at $350 million
  • Represented private real estate investment firm in the sale of property in Washington, DC valued at $213 million 
  • Represented private real estate investment firm in the sale of property in Boston, Massachusetts valued at $562 million
  • Represented client in a $1.6 billion acquisition of a highly diversified portfolio of 256 primarily light industrial assets comprising over 30 million square feet across 16 major U.S. markets
  • Represented client in $111 million CMBS loan in connection with the refinancing of a 9 property portfolio located in the Western and Midwestern United States
  • Represented value add fund in a $27 million acquisition of a 7 property industrial portfolio located in Missouri
  • Represented value add fund in an $86 million sale of an office property located in Houston, Texas
  • Represented value add fund as borrower in connection with a $42 million Fannie Mae loan to refinance a multi-family apartment community located in Phoenix, Arizona
