Lindsay has assisted as disclosure counsel for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and as trustee’s counsel in housing bond default matters. Additionally, she has experience working on financings for the Vermont Municipal Bond Bank and making continuing disclosure filings on EMMA. 

Lindsay joins Mintz Levin having served as a Summer Associate with the firm in 2011. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Lindsay interned with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy & Environmental Affairs. Her work there included research into wind turbine noise issues and analysis of the implications for state wind power siting regulations. Lindsay also served as an associate for an environmental consulting company in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. 

During law school, Lindsay externed for Judge Gaziano at the Massachusetts Superior Court and was a Note Editor for the Boston University Public Interest Law Journal
