Michele works with both large and small clients on employment-based immigration matters. Her practice includes the processing of B, E, H, J, L, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions, adjustment of status applications, and labor certification applications.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, she served as an attorney advisor with the US Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review. 

While at St. John’s University School of Law, Michele served as the editor-in-chief of the New York International Law Review. She also spent a summer representing refugee and asylum seekers with the Immigrant Legal Services Department of Catholic Charities of New York City and with the New York Immigration Court.
