Being able to take on substantial responsibilities and directly interact with the clients have benefited me tremendously in my growth as a transactional attorney, and is why Mintz is a special place to me. I lateraled to Mintz to gain experience practicing health law and to work with some of the most sophisticated clients in the industry. What I did not expect was how seriously Mintz takes mentorship and training. Upon arriving, I was paired with a mentor within my practice group, but also with a Member sponsor outside my practice. Additionally, I have had others in my practice group step into informal mentorship roles. As a first-generation college and law school graduate, these mentors have been immeasurable.
