House Democrats Ready WOTUS Bill To Reverse ‘Damage’ Of Sackett Ruling
Environmental Law Chair, Jeff Porter was interviewed by InsideEPA on a new bill brought by House Democrats that aims to reverse Sackett v EPA, restoring some US waters and wetlands protections.
He said, “EPA's failure to define some key terms will mean more uncertainty as the longest running controversy in environmental law continues. Only Congress can end it."
