Neil is an intellectual property attorney and registered patent agent who focuses his practice on prosecuting US and international patents. He has experience in a broad range of technologies, including machine learning, computer software, medical imaging, and power electronics.

Prior to joining Mintz, Neil was a patent attorney and patent agent at an international law firm. Earlier, he worked as a patent engineer at another international law firm and in engineering roles at software and technology companies.
