Frank is a litigator who skillfully handles a broad range of complex commercial and securities disputes. He frequently represents individuals and public and private companies across numerous sectors, advising on corporate governance issues in cases that challenge, among other things, the terms of a merger or acquisition and directors’ and officers’ actions with regard to the transaction. Representing a wide array of clients in class action cases, SEC investigations and enforcement proceedings, FINRA proceedings, and other arbitration matters is another major part of his practice.

- Take the Lincoln Tunnel across the Hudson River into Manhattan.
- Follow the signs to 42nd Street from the Tunnel Exit.
- Turn right onto W 42nd Street.
- Turn left onto Third Avenue and 919 Third Ave will be on your right on 55th Street.
From Westchester County and Points North
- Take the Triborough / RFK Bridge across the East River into Manhattan.
- Follow the signs to the FDR Drive South.
- Take Exit 11 to East 53rd Street.
- Turn right on 53rd Street.
- Turn right onto W 57th Street.
- Turn right onto Third Avenue.
- After the second cross street, 919 Third Ave will be on your right.
From Long Island and Points East
- Take the Midtown Tunnel across the East River into Manhattan.
- Follow the 37th Street / Uptown Exit from the Tunnel.
- Turn left from the Tunnel Exit onto 37th Street.
- Turn right on Third Avenue.
- Follow Third Ave up to 56th Street. Once you cross 56th Street, 919 Third Avenue will be immediately on your left.

By Train
- New York Subway Lines E and M come into Lexington Avenue / 53rd Street station. Exit the station onto Third Avenue and walk North two blocks to our office.
- New York Subway Line 6 comes into 51st Street station. Upon exiting the station onto Lexington Avenue, walk East on East 51st Street to Third Avenue, and then North four blocks to our office.
- From Pennsylvania Station, either take the New York Subway E Line or a 20-minute cab ride.
