From Points West

  • Take the Mass. Pike (I-90 East) to Exit 24A (South Station).
  • Stay on Atlantic Avenue until you can take a left on Essex Street.
  • One Financial Center is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.

From Points North

  • Take I-93 South toward Boston.
  • Take Exit 20B-A toward South Station. This is the I-90 West / Mass. Pike exit.
  • Take Exit 20A, continuing toward South Station.
  • Turn left on Essex Street.
  • Look for a brown building with red awnings directly in front of you.
  • One Financial Center will be on the left.

From Points South

  • Take the Southeast Expressway (I-93 North) to Exit 20 (Worcester / Logan I-90 – South Station).
  • Follow signs toward South Station.
  • Stay on Atlantic Avenue until you can take a left on Essex Street.
  • One Financial Center is on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.

Parking Tips

Early morning parking is first-come, first-served. However, parking is usually available in the One Financial Center parking garage (617.348.8384, entrance on Essex Street). All-day parking is $40 with validation from a Mintz Levin receptionist ($45 without validation). There is additional parking at the South Station bus terminal.

By Subway

  • Take the Red Line to South Station.
  • Follow signs to One Financial Center. It’s the 46-story office tower across the street.

By Bus, Commuter Rail, Ferry, or Boat
