Bob Bodian Managing Member Greetings from the newly minted Mintz! We have a lot of accomplishments to share and much to celebrate with you. This past March, Mintz completed its third consecutive record-breaking year with $403 million in revenue — a 30% increase in revenue over the last three years. This accomplishment, coupled with a 35% increase in profits, reflects growth across the firm. In the last year, we welcomed more than a dozen new lateral Members across many practice areas. We also have welcomed the launch of our new website and updated brand. Please visit the website, sign up for updates if you haven’t already, and be sure to send us your feedback. In this issue of the newsletter, we celebrate a few proud moments of Mintz history. Member Meredith Leary and Associate Carolina Säve, representing the Firm’s Women’s Initiative, sit down with alumna Pat Metzer for a retrospective. Pat was the firm’s first female associate, as well as the first woman to be elevated to Member. Having joined the firm in 1966, Pat describes the firm’s culture during that decade, some memorabilia she still carries with her, and her philosophy about the practice of law. If you’re in Boston, please join us at the alumni cocktail reception on November 7 at the Envoy Hotel — see the event page for more information and to RSVP. Come and connect with old friends, former colleagues, and fellow alumni. As we approach the holiday season, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for contributions you have made to the firm over time. We always are looking for ways to add value for you and your careers, both within and outside the law. Stay in touch and let us know how we are doing. A Note from Bob — Managing Member
