Law360 Pulse reported that Mintz created a new compassionate leave policy for its attorneys and professional staff to take paid time away from work for life events such as a miscarriage or failed surrogacy, adoption or infertility treatment. Mintz Managing Member Bob Bodian, Associate Natalie Groot, and Member and Chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative Geri Haight commented that the move to add more paid time off for certain life events was an important accomplishment in the effort to better support employees and their families.
