Supreme Court Schedules Oral Argument in Kentucky v. Davis Municipal Bond Case
The U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled oral arguments in Kentucky v. Davis for Monday, November 5, 2007.
In addition, the deadline for the filing of the brief for the Davises, and for any amicus briefs in support of the Davises, has been extended to Friday, September 21, 2007.
