• Representing international corporation in multi-million dollar lawsuit in the Southern District of New York and was part of the team that defeated the opponent's motion for summary judgment. 

Real Estate Litigation

• Represents developers and abutters before local zoning boards and through zoning appeals, including the settlements of multiple zoning disputes with abutters and developers. 
• Represents property owners and tenants regarding lease issues, including the settlements of multiple commercial lease disputes. 

White Collar Defense

• Represents individuals and entities in Department of Justice investigations and Attorney General investigations. 

Pro-Bono

• Part of a team of Mintz and ACLU attorneys representing group of Afghan applicants for humanitarian parole in lawsuit against the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services and Department of Homeland Security in the District of Massachusetts. 
• Successfully guided individuals through eviction proceedings during COVID-19 Pandemic to ensure they maintained housing.
