Ian brings over a decade of experience representing bond trustees, bond insurers, mutual funds, note holders, and other sophisticated creditors in bankruptcy and distress environments across a broad range of industries, including health care, senior housing, transportation, energy, and manufacturing. He has advised indenture trustees, bondholders, and note-holders.

During law school, he was an associate editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy.
