Jennifer helped launch Mintz Levin’s greater metropolitan Employment, Labor & Benefits Practice 10 years ago. She regularly handles significant employment litigation matters, including trial, administrative agency, and appellate work relating to Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions, wage and hour class actions, discrimination matters, privacy litigation, noncompete litigation, and trade secrets work.
She leverages her first-seat trial experience to deliver practical employment advice to the corporate community. Jennifer also represents C-level executives and corporations in connection with executive compensation matters, including equity, employment, and separation arrangements. Recently, BTI Consulting Group recognized her as a BTI Client Service All-Star based on unprompted recommendations by nearly 250 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large corporations. She was selected for her superior client focus and keen understanding of their business issues.

Jennifer, who is frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal and other publications about employment topics and trends, also frequently contributes articles to publications such as the New York Law Journal, Corporate Board Member Magazine and the Hartford Business Journal.
In addition to her client responsibilities, Jennifer is Chair of Mintz Levin’s Diversity Committee and leads the committee in a number of initiatives aimed at promoting diversity in the profession in general and specifically at the firm.
